Privacy Policy — DodgeLab Games

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by DodgeLab, including:

Our games do not require an account and can be played offline. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, camera, microphone, or contacts.
1. Information We Collect
- Advertising ID (AD_ID). Our games include the Google AdMob SDK, which may access your device's advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. Advertising may be disabled in some games, regions, or periods; the SDK remains present in the apps.
- Analytics data. Google Firebase Analytics collects anonymized usage events (e.g., game start, game over, ad views, purchases), device model, operating system version, approximate region (derived from IP address), and app version. This data is aggregated and cannot be used by us to identify you personally.
- Leaderboard data. If you play while online, your self-chosen nickname, your score, and a randomly generated player code are stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database and displayed on a public monthly leaderboard. Please do not use your real name or personal information as your nickname.
- Purchase data. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card details. We record only whether a product has been unlocked on your device.
- Local game data. Settings, coins, high scores, and unlocks are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the game.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate core game features (global leaderboards, purchase restoration).
- To display and measure advertising (when advertising is enabled).
- To understand aggregate usage and improve game balance, stability, and content.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.

4. Advertising and Your Choices
- You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
- Where required by law (e.g., the EEA and UK), ads will only be personalized with your consent; otherwise non-personalized ads may be shown.
- A "No Ads" in-app purchase is available in our games and removes ad display.
5. Children's Privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our games (for example, in a leaderboard nickname), please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Leaderboard entries are organized by month; older entries may be deleted periodically.
- Local game data is deleted when you uninstall the game.
- You may request deletion of your leaderboard entry (nickname, score, player code) at any time by contacting us with the game name, your nickname, and approximate score. We will delete it within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, PIPA in South Korea), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.
8. Security
Leaderboard and analytics data are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we minimize the data we collect in the first place.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
